How Long I Keep Your Data

    • Enquiries that do not result in a booking are deleted within 6 months
    • Client records relating to completed coaching engagements are retained for 7 years to comply with Irish tax and accounting obligations, then securely

      • Service providers: My website may be hosted by a third-party provider (e.g. a web hosting company), and I may use email or scheduling software. These providers act as data processors and are bound to process your data only on my instructions.

If any third-party tool I use does transfer data outside the EEA, I ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
