    I do not collect any sensitive personal data (known as “special category” data under GDPR).

  • Send session-related communications (e.g. reminders, invoices)

How Long I Keep Your Data

I keep your personal data only for as long as necessary:

    • Enquiries that do not result in a booking are deleted within 6 months
    • Client records relating to completed coaching engagements are retained for 7 years to comply with Irish tax and accounting obligations, then securely

    I do not share your personal data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

      • Service providers: My website may be hosted by a third-party provider (e.g. a web hosting company), and I may use email or scheduling software. These providers act as data processors and are bound to process your data only on my instructions.
      • Legal obligation: If required to do so by law or by a regulatory authority. I do not transfer your personal data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). If any third-party tool I use does transfer data outside the EEA, I ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
