Creative Voice Project

An expansive project facilitating Learning, Exploring, Stretching, Development, Performance, Creation & Experience

The Vision is to provide a ‘next-level’ experience for those who are ready to be stretched further than the regular Choir format, opening up opportunities for exploring new territory in voice work. Guest Musicians and Professionals feature, with a regular coaching and performance group for women, and occasional stand alone workshops and events, offering members diverse opportunities. Alongside regular performance opportunities, there is a long term vision to create a high quality choir for performance work. Original songs and arrangements also feature amongst a varied repertoire.

Additionally we enter conversations to develop and expand on topic based themes as they emerge, journaling to gather and bring awareness from which to support our learning and growth.

Fortnightly Coaching Group….

This group meets on Wednesday evenings from 7.30pm to 9.30pm in The Ludgate Hub, Skibbereen, West Cork. Look out for our performance work under the name Vox Femme. Scroll down for further information on the coming term.

Women in Song’ are events which are open to the public, creating the opportunity for members to showcase their own work alongside group performance, and provide for an introduction to the Creative Voice Project. The next event is scheduled to take place on Saturday 3rd October ’26 from 7pm at The Forge, Ma Murphy’s Bar in Bantry.

After more than 25 years experience in group leadership, performance work and music writing and arranging, I am very excited to be starting a dedicated coaching group for the more advanced and confident female singer who is ready for the next level of her journey.

Members are invited to commit to an initial period of one full term or period of individual project before making a long term commitment.

Looking forward to sharing this exciting adventure together!
