Creative Voice Project
An expansive project facilitating Learning, Exploring, Stretching, Development, Performance, Creation & Experience
The Vision is to provide a ‘next-level’ experience for women who are ready to be stretched further than the regular Choir format, opening up opportunities for exploring new territory in voice work. Guest Musicians and Professionals feature, with regular groups, and occasional stand alone workshops and events, offering members diverse opportunities. The long term vision is to create a high quality choir for performance work. Original songs, and the creation of new material is very much supported.
Fortnightly Coaching Groups….
Currently there are two fortnightly groups meeting in The Ludgate Hub, Skibbereen, West Cork, and Civic Trust House, Popes Quay, Cork City. Scroll down for further information on the coming term.
‘Women in Song’ are events which are open to the public, creating the opportunity for members to showcase their own work alongside group performance, and provide for an introduction of The Creative Voice Project to those who are interested. The next event is scheduled to take place on Friday 24th July ’26. Venue to be confirmed.
After more than 25 years experience in group leadership, performance work and music writing and arranging, I am very excited to be starting a dedicated coaching group for the more experienced and confident female singer who is ready for the next level of her journey.
Members are invited to commit to an initial period of one full term or period of individual project before making a long term commitment.
